Witold Fitz-Simon has been teaching yoga since 2000. He is a certified yoga instructor at the 500-hour level as a graduate of the Yoga Room Berkeley’s Advanced Studies Program under Donald Moyer and Mary Lou Weprin. A nationally certified Alexander Technique teacher, he served as a faculty member at the American Center for the Alexander Technique’s teacher training program from 2016 until its closure in 2018, and has taught actors, athletes, writers, musicians, lawyers, yoga teachers, and knitters in his private practice in New York City since 2014.
