"People are the only ones that put limits on themselves. Fitness, movement, wellness are available at any age level, any experience level including women that have had children, people that have had injuries or lack certain mobilities. There's something out there for everyone and it's okay if you need a little help getting started or to get to the next level."
In this episode of Wellness Wednesdays, we will be discussing how fitness should be viewed as a journey, not an exact destination; how people achieve greater success by enjoying working out through focusing more on strength or life-based goals and looking at the bigger picture. If you want to start taking control of your health, join me in this episode together with a personal trainer and a fitness coach, Brittany Ruscitto.
Brittany has been a certified personal trainer for over 5 years with numerous certifications (including Pre/Post Natal and Mobility/Corrective Exercise) and has experience in training individuals of all ages and body types. A former fashion designer, Brittany "found her fitness" through running, Crossfit, and HIIT classes which inspired her to switch careers to help others move better and become stronger.
This is part of my “Wellness Wednesdays.” Each Wednesday I have a conversation with my favorite people in wellness so that you can learn about other health modalities such as massage, acupuncture, physical therapy, and even dance therapy.
