THIS CLASS WILL ADDRESS THE HEART AND THROAT CHAKRAS: OUR CENTERS OF COMPASSION, EMPATHY, LOVE, FORGIVENESS AND TRUTH. Dr. Ivy will educate us on herds and naturopathic remedies for physical aspects of the heart and throat chakras, make time for your Q&A, then we'll dance, journal, and meditate in the way that only Chakralesque can do!

Chakralesque is a burlesque-inspired dance workout through the seven major chakras and into a guided energy healing meditation. You receive distance Reiki as you dance! This class will have you feeling grounded, empowered, joyful, rejuvenated, and deeply connected with yourself and your purpose in the world. Created by executive coach and professional opera burlesque artist Kacey Cardin, PCC, Chakralesque is a one of a kind workout for your body, mind, and soul.
