Chili Lime Pecans
Serves 4-6
These pecans have been a hit at my and your guests will go nuts for them, too.
8oz Pecans
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp chili powder
Pre-heat the oven to 350°. Stir together lime juice, olive oil, paprika, garlic salt, and chili powder. Add pecans; toss. Spread on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 to 14 minutes or until pecans are toasted and dry, stirring occasionally. Cool completely.
