Breathe is a life giving and supporting force that sometimes we take for granted. Now more than every we can find it beneficial to take the time to witness and appreciate the power of this force. Even knowing this it can be so hard both giving ourselves permission to listen to the breathe and engaging in the practice alone.

Every morning at 8am live on Instagram, I have been guiding us through a short simple breathe practice that allows us to witness the breathe. By witnessing the breathe, we can calm away stress and anxiety as well as recognize our body's own individual set point. The more we can connect with this set point we can better recognize our body's true needs which allows us to make better health decisions. The healing power or nature is one of the fundamental principles of naturopathic medicine and tuning into the breathe helps us connect with this power!
