Naturopathic Mental Health Mondays: Coping with Chronic Illness
“Are you managing a chronic illness? You are not alone.
In fact, an astounding 45% of all Americans are living with one or more chronic health care conditions in the United States, mostly invisible to others. Chronic Illness impacts not only you, but all of your interpersonal relationships. It can be difficult to relate to others who do not live with this added burden. The emotional impact of living with a chronic illness can be isolating, but it does not have to be.” **
To shed light on this issue and to give us helpful insights, I will be having a conversation with psychotherapist, Jodi Taub, who works with adults, adolescents, & children cope up with chronic illness and make the journey easier.
